Test strips are for use with the Accu-Check Inform II glucose meters. They are used to quantitatively measure glucose in fresh venous, arterial, neonatal and capillary whole blood from the finger. Contains Test strips, Chip code, Package insert, Storage and Handling. Store between 2-30°C. Use test strips between 8-44°C. Use between 10-90% humidity. Do not store in high heat ad moisture areas. Store unused strips in the original container with the cap closed. Close container immediately after removing a test strip. Discard the test strips if they are past their use-by date.
