The NIO is designed for easy insertion in all clinical settings into the tibia or humerus in adults, and into the tibia in Adult/Paediatric patients.

The NIO Infant™ features an innovative Stepped Needle® design that provides graduated penetration into the bone marrow cavity, helping to prevent over-penetration. The cannula of the device features a 5mm marker line, which confirms adequate needle length.
